This "goop" is fantastic!!

OK so I must admit that when I opened the bottle to find an Elmer's Glue like substance I was a little concerned. But the fear has long since subsided and this little jar of goop has given me the freedom to create a fantastic outdoor patio. Yes I promise that it does dry clear and glossy. Not to mention cleans up nicely if you happen to have an accident.

I used it to seal a set of rice paper lamps. Before applying Mod Podge I only used the lamps for parties in an attempt to preserve them for longer. Now we have no fear and leave them up so that we may constantly enjoy the serene glow. Simply water the goop down a little and apply with a regular paint brush. After drying for about 24 hours, they turned out better than new! Granted this will not make them last forever.. but surviving on our covered patio for 8-9 months of rain, humidity and whatever else Mother Nature had to offer was a blessing!

One other trick we did was to coat a canvas painting (in side and out) with outdoor Mod Podge. I wanted to put it outside so bad but knew it would not survive. So far so good. My patio is fantastic and ready to conquer any weekend cookout with flying colors!

Excellent Decopage Glue

I purchased both "regular" and glitter Mod Podge so this review is for both. I purchased these as a B-Day gift for my wife with a pair of cowboy boots for us to decopage them together. Neither of us have any experience doing this or very many other artsy things. That being said, this stuff is great! We slopped the regular glue on sections of the boots using a paint brush as it was right out of the jar, pasted magazine pictures etc. to the boots, and over the course of the rest of the day put 3 coats of the glitter version over the top and they look amazing. This stuff made it happen and it was incredibly easy!

Water proof.

This is a great product and I use it often. It takes a little longer to dry, but is worth it since water won't damage your craft. I do recommend it to people who enjoy crafts.
