This adhesive is a paper backed sheet of solid heat activated adhesive. It uses a low temperature and short pressing time so it allows for a wider range of materials that can be bonded. There is no steam or pressing cloth needed. Will not lift or pucker after washing. Its no-sew bond is three times stronger than any other traditional fusible web. Lite hold works best with delicate and lightweight fabrics. This package contains one 5-1/2yd roll of 17in wide adhesive. Made in USA.

Priced better than local Wal-mart...

I am an avid quilter, and usually purchase this product at my local Wal-mart, due to the price. On a whim I decided to check Amazon's price, and I am so glad I did! It is cheaper, and with no tax, and free shipping, it is a huge bargain!! I just hope Amazon continues to offer it in the future!

I use this on felt to make it stiff enough to cut out with a silhouette cameo. It works well but the backing stuck to the mats ad I can't get it off.

Great item

This is a must if you are sewing any appliques or patches. It really helps to keep the item in place while you work on the sewing. I wouldn't be able to do near as much without it.
